Just simply taking a few minutes daily to focus on each moment as it arises, calm down and come back to the breath, can make a huge difference to our daily lives. 

I have an ongoing interest in Zen, Daoist and Mindfulness meditation which help me in my own life. I am interested in the many different ways we meditate and pray to heighten our awareness, and the mental tools which we find useful to help us in our daily lives.

No previous experience necessary, relaxed, exploratory and informal.

People are welcome to bring along a favourite short visualisation, a piece of poetry or prose to share with the group as part of the session.
