So which therapy appeals to you?......

In this busy life, why not stop 'doing' for a while and.....

.... give yourself permission to 'just be'.....

Indian Head Massage

is great for headaches and upper back pain.

Stimulates hair growth and relaxes the scalp, face, neck and shoulders.

Can be given on a chair virtually anywhere so it is a perfect therapy for on-site workplace treatments.

Can be done with or without oil.

Shiatsu involves palming and thumbing along specific Energy lines or Meridians (as used in Acupuncture).

Traditionally given on a futon - we use our relaxed body weight to apply pressure to different areas of the body. Can be very physical, stretching and rotating joints,or can be gentle or even working off the body, depending on what's needed.can be very effective for pain relief and the release of tight held areas of the body.......

here, I am working points in the lumbar/sacral area to release pain and tension in the whole spine....

Effective Shiatsu can be given in a chair, wheelchair or massage couch if it is too difficult for people to get on the floor

Reflexology involves the massage and stimulation of different areas or zones on the foot. These zones relate to different organs and body systems. Energetic blockages can be detected or cleared leaving the receiver feeling relaxed and invigorated.  People quite often fall asleep with this treatment.
